TIQ representatives visited the Global Ag Solutions team at the company’s Toowoomba facility.
Global Ag Solutions, the group behind Tilco and AgriParts Direct, recently welcomed Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) to its new Toowoomba manufacturing facility.
Representatives from TIQ toured the group’s operations, including the design, manufacturing and engineering areas, as part of broader discussions about Global Ag Solutions’ plans to export Tilco equipment into North America.
The North American Opportunity
Tilco has been designing and manufacturing tillage equipment for more than 20 years, with machinery and equipment working on farms across Australia. With conservation tillage gaining ground across major US crops including cotton, corn, soybeans and wheat, the company sees potential for its equipment in the North American market.
The Warrior RC Disc Ripper is the initial product focus for North American markets. It is suited to a wide range of row crop applications found across the US.

Global Ag Solutions has already started introducing Tilco equipment to the US market. Equipment is currently on its way to Texas, giving the team opportunity to speak directly with farmers based on growing demand. The company is also considering options for a longer-term US presence, including a potential manufacturing and assembly operation in Texas.
